To reach the Blue Lagoon Co-op Ferry, start at Valletta and take bus 41 or 42 towards Ċirkewwa. The bus journey takes approximately 90 minutes. A single bus fare costs €2.50. Alight at the Ċirkewwa terminal and follow signs for the Comino Ferry. The Blue Lagoon Co-op Ferry departs regularly from Ċirkewwa to the Blue Lagoon. A round-trip ferry ticket costs approximately €13-€15.

To manage visitor numbers and protect the delicate ecosystem, a free online booking system has been introduced, requiring visitors to pre-book their visit.
