  • Ferry

    The primary way to reach the Blue Lagoon is by ferry from Ċirkewwa or Marfa on Malta, or from Mġarr Harbour in Gozo. From Ċirkewwa, the ferry trip takes approximately 25 minutes. From Gozo, the ferry takes about 15 minutes. A round-trip ticket from Malta costs approximately €15 for adults. From Gozo, a round-trip ticket costs around €10-€15. Check the ferry schedules in advance, as they vary depending on the season. Alternatively, numerous day cruise boats depart from Sliema, St. Julian's, or Bugibba. These cruises often include food, drinks, and stops at other attractions, with prices ranging from €25 to €70. From 1st May 2025, you are required to pre-book your visit to Blue Lagoon with a simple registration.

  • Bus from Valletta

    To reach Ċirkewwa from Valletta, take bus number 41 or 42. The journey takes approximately 90 minutes. A single bus ticket costs around €2. From Ċirkewwa, transfer to a ferry to the Blue Lagoon. Remember to check the bus schedule for up-to-date timings.
