Getting There

Walking
From the central area of Mdina, start at the Mdina Main Gate. Head south on the main road, Triq Villegaignon, towards the outskirts of Mdina. Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 km. You will pass the beautiful countryside and may see signs pointing towards Dingli. Once you reach the junction where the road splits, follow the signs for Dingli and continue onto Triq Dingli. Walk for another 1 km, and you will arrive at the Cart Ruts, located on the outskirts of Dingli, near the cliffs.

From Mdina, you can take a local bus to reach Dingli. Walk to the nearest bus stop located at the Mdina Main Gate. Look for the bus number 201 or 202 heading towards Dingli. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Dingli bus stop. From there, you can walk towards the Cart Ruts, which are located a short distance away. Follow the signs for the Cart Ruts, and you will find them along the cliffs.
