From Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, head east on Triq Ghajn Tuffieha towards Triq tal-Brajda. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Triq Il-Bajja, which will become Triq San Pawl. Follow the road for about 10 minutes, passing through the town of Mellieha. Once you reach the traffic lights, turn left onto Triq Il-Gardiel. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection at St Paul's Bay. Turn right onto Triq, and you will find Saint Paul's Shipwreck Church at WCX4+PQF on your right.

From Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the beach entrance. Take Bus 101 or 102 towards Valletta. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the stop at 'St Paul's Bay'. After getting off, walk straight along Triq Il-Bajja for about 10 minutes. You will see Saint Paul's Shipwreck Church located at WCX4+PQF on your left.
