  • Ferry and Walking

    To reach Ta' Ċenċ Cliffs from Malta, take a ferry from Ċirkewwa or Valletta to Gozo's Mġarr Harbour. The Gozo Channel ferry from Ċirkewwa is the most common option, accommodating both vehicles and foot passengers (€4.65 return for foot passengers). The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Alternatively, Gozo Highspeed operates a fast ferry from Valletta for foot passengers only (€7.50 one way), with a journey time of around 45 minutes. From Mġarr Harbour, the most convenient way to reach the cliffs is by taxi to Sannat, the closest village to Ta' Ċenċ Cliffs. A taxi ride will cost approximately €15-€20. From Sannat, follow the road signs towards Ta' Ċenċ Cliffs. Street parking is available in Sannat. From the edge of Sannat where the paved road ends (GPS: 36.023139, 14.250750), it's a 1 km (15-minute) walk along a dirt path to the cliffs. There are no facilities at the cliffs, so use the ferry restrooms before disembarking.

  • Public Transport and Walking

    From Mġarr Harbour, take bus 301, 302, or 323 to Victoria (Valletta). From Victoria, transfer to bus 305 towards Sannat. The bus fare is €2.50 for a single journey during summer (June 14 to October 18). Get off at the 'Sannat' bus stop. From the bus stop, it's about a 15-minute walk to Ta' Ċenċ Cliffs. Follow the signs for Ta' Ċenċ Cliffs or use a map app for directions.

  • Driving

    From Mġarr Harbour, follow the main road towards Sannat. Drive through Sannat, following signs for Ta' Ċenċ Cliffs. The road will eventually turn into a dirt track. Continue along this track to a parking area near the cliffs (GPS: 36.023139, 14.250750). Parking is free. From the parking area, it is a short 600m walk to the cliffs. Be aware that the road is unsealed.
