Car
From the Harbour Area, head north on Triq il-Luzzu towards Triq il-Qasam. Continue straight to merge onto the A1 road. Follow the A1 until you reach the roundabout at Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq. Take the second exit onto the Birkirkara bypass (Triq il-Birkirkara) and continue straight until you see the signs for Mdina. Follow the signs for Mdina, and when you reach the city, park at one of the designated parking areas. The Mdina Gate is a short walk from the parking area.

From the Harbour Area, make your way to the nearest bus stop. Take Bus number 51 or 52 towards Valletta. Once in Valletta, transfer to Bus number 186 towards Mdina. This bus will take you directly to Mdina. The bus fare is approximately €1.50 for a single ticket. After disembarking at Mdina, follow the signs leading to Mdina Gate, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
