Getting There

  • Car

    From Malta Ridge, head southeast on Triq Bormla towards Triq Iż-Żejt. Continue straight to merge onto Triq Iż-Żejt. After approximately 1.5 km, turn left onto Triq Ħagar Qim. Follow the signs to the Hagar Qim Temple. There is a parking area available near the entrance, which is free of charge.

    From Malta Ridge, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 74 towards Qrendi. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Qrendi' bus terminus. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Hagar Qim Temple. Head southeast on Triq Il-Knisja, then turn left onto Triq Ħagar Qim, where you will find the entrance to the temple.

  • Walking

    If you are already in Qrendi, you can walk to Hagar Qim Temple. Start from the Qrendi parish church and walk southeast on Triq Il-Knisja. After about 1 km, turn left onto Triq Ħagar Qim. The temple will be on your right.
