Get off at the Valletta Bus Terminus. From there, walk towards the Valletta Waterfront. Head down to the water, and follow the signs to Pinto Wharf. The Valletta Cruise Port is located at Vault 1, Upper Floor, Pinto Wharf. It should take you around 10 minutes on foot from the bus terminus.
