From Marsa, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the main road, Triq il-Labour. Take bus number 81 or 82 heading towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Get off at the Valletta Bus Terminus. From there, walk towards the Valletta Waterfront. Head down to the water, and follow the signs to Pinto Wharf. The Valletta Cruise Port is located at Vault 1, Upper Floor, Pinto Wharf. It should take you around 10 minutes on foot from the bus terminus.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Marsa to the Valletta Cruise Port. You can either hail a taxi on the street or call a local taxi service.
