From there, walk towards the entrance of Valletta's city gate, and then head straight along Republic Street until you reach the Upper Barracca Gardens. The Saluting Battery is located just a short walk down the hill from the gardens, on Battery Street.

    If you're near the Marsa Sports Club, you can walk to Valletta. Start by walking towards the main road and take the pathway leading to the waterfront. Follow the waterfront promenade towards Valletta. Once you reach the city, head to the Upper Barracca Gardens and follow the signs for the Saluting Battery, which is a short distance downhill on Battery Street.

    Taxi

    You can take a local taxi from anywhere in Marsa to Valletta. Simply request the driver to take you to 'Saluting Battery, Battery Street'. The taxi ride should take around 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
