Walking
Start at the main square of Marsaskala, known as 'Pjazza San Tumas'. From the square, head south on Triq il-Knisja (Church Street) towards the sea. Continue walking straight until you reach the promenade along the coast. Once you reach the promenade, turn left and walk along the waterfront. Keep walking past the restaurants and cafes until you reach the end of the promenade. Il-Ġolf l-Iswed is located further along the coastline, accessible via a rocky path that leads to the stunning views of the bay. Follow the path until you see the sign for Il-Ġolf l-Iswed, which will guide you to the entrance.

Public Transport
From the main square of Marsaskala, take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Get off at the stop 'Zejtun - Dwejra'. Once you disembark, walk along Triq il-Madliena until you reach the coast. From there, follow the coastal path towards Il-Ġolf l-Iswed. The entrance will be marked and is situated along the rocky shoreline.
