If you are starting from the Marsaxlokk waterfront, head east along the promenade. Continue following the waterfront until you reach the end of the promenade where the fishing boats are docked. From there, turn left onto Triq il-Luzzu. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Triq San Guzepp. Turn right onto Triq San Guzepp, and you will find Santwarju tal-Madonna ta’ Pompei at number 28, just a short walk down the street on your left.
