From the center of Paola, head to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Kbira, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. Look for the bus stop sign that indicates the route to Marsaxlokk. Catch bus number 81 or 84, which will take you directly to Marsaxlokk. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Stay on the bus until you reach the last stop, which is right at the waterfront in Marsaxlokk.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route from Paola to Marsaxlokk. Start by walking south on Triq il-Kbira towards the coast. Continue down to Triq il-Linja, turning left at the end onto Triq tal-Bonnici. Follow this road until you reach the coast. This route is about 5 kilometers and will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Enjoy the views along the way!
Taxi
For a quicker and more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from Paola to Marsaxlokk. You can easily find a taxi around the main square or at designated taxi stands. The journey will take about 15 minutes, and the driver will take you directly to the waterfront in Marsaxlokk. Make sure to agree on a fare before you start if the taxi does not have a meter.
