Exit Mdina through the gate and continue down the road towards the main bus station, known as the 'Bugibba Bus Station'. From there, look for the bus stop that has services to Cirkewwa. Take bus number 41 or 42, which will take you to the ferry terminal at Cirkewwa. The ferry will take you directly to Comino.

From your location in Mdina, walk to the nearest bus stop near the Mdina Gate. Catch bus numbers 41 or 42 to Cirkewwa. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cirkewwa, follow the signs to the ferry terminal. Purchase your ferry ticket and board the boat that takes you to Comino. The ferry ride will take about 30 minutes.
