From the Mdina main gate, head down Triq Villegaignon towards the Rabat area. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq San Pawl. Turn left onto Triq San Pawl and walk straight until you arrive at the intersection with Triq Kemmuneti. Turn right onto Triq Kemmuneti and follow it until you reach the address 2869+MGV, where Cominotto Reef is located in Għajnsielem.

From Mdina, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the Mdina main gate. Take bus number 41 or 42 towards Ghajnsielem. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Ghajnsielem' bus stop, and from there, it’s a short walk to Triq Kemmuneti. Head down Triq Kemmuneti until you reach the address 2869+MGV, where Cominotto Reef is located.
