At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq San Pawl. Follow this road as it curves and leads you out of Mdina. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-L-Imdina. Here, turn left and continue walking until you reach the bus terminal in Rabat. From the bus terminal, you can catch a bus to Ghajnsielem; the ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
