Starting from the Mdina Main Gate, enter Mdina and walk straight along the Republic Street. This is the main thoroughfare of the city, lined with shops and historic buildings. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street, where you'll find the beautiful St. Paul's Cathedral on your right. From there, turn left onto St. Paul's Street and head towards the bastions. Continue straight, and you will see the entrance to the Medina Ramparts ahead.
