Walking
From the center of Mdina, head towards the main gate (Mdina Gate) and exit the city. Once outside the gate, turn right onto Triq il-Lunzjata. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction. At the junction, take the left turn onto Triq Santa Maria. The Santa Maria Caves will be on your right after about 200 meters. Look for the entrance, which is marked.
Walking
If you are near the St. Paul's Cathedral, exit the cathedral area and head towards the main gate (Mdina Gate). Once you reach the gate, turn left and follow the road as it curves down. Continue straight until you reach Triq il-Lunzjata. Turn right and follow the road for about 500 meters. When you reach the junction, take a left onto Triq Santa Maria. The caves are located about 200 meters down this road on your right.
Walking
From the Mdina Dungeons, exit the attraction and walk towards the main square of Mdina. From the square, head towards the Mdina Gate and exit. Once outside, take a right onto Triq il-Lunzjata and proceed for 500 meters. At the junction, turn left onto Triq Santa Maria, and you will find the Santa Maria Caves on your right after around 200 meters.
