If you are in the central part of Mellieha, start at the Mellieha Parish Church. From the church, head north on Triq il-Parrocca. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Marfa. Walk along this road for about 10-15 minutes. You will see a sign for Our Lady Of The Grotto on your left. Follow the path leading up to the shrine, which is set against a beautiful backdrop.

You can take a local bus from the Mellieha bus station. Look for Bus Number 101 or 102, which travels towards the northern beaches. Get off at the stop named 'Grotto'. From there, it's a short walk of approximately 5 minutes. Head towards the path on your left, which will lead you directly to Our Lady Of The Grotto.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one in Mellieha. Start from the main square and head towards Triq il-Parrocca. Continue towards Triq il-Marfa. The ride will take about 10 minutes. There are bike lanes available, and you can park your bicycle at the entrance of the shrine before walking up to the Grotto.
