Walking
From the center of Mgarr, start by heading south on Triq il-Knisja towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the ferry terminal. At the ferry terminal, look for the signs directing you to Ghajnsielem. Follow the path along the coast, which will lead you to Ghajnsielem. Once you enter the village, follow the main road (Triq il-Knisja) until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Lunzjata. Turn right onto Triq il-Lunzjata and continue walking until you see the sign for Crystal Lagoon on your left. The lagoon is located at 286H+67X.

From Mgarr, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the ferry terminal. Take the bus heading towards Ghajnsielem (check the local bus schedule for the exact route). Once you arrive in Ghajnsielem, disembark at the main bus stop. From the bus stop, walk straight along Triq il-Knisja and continue until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Lunzjata. Turn right onto Triq il-Lunzjata, and continue walking until you see Crystal Lagoon on your left at 286H+67X.
