Getting There

Walking
From the center of Mgarr, head north on Triq Il-Knisja. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq Il-Marfa. Turn right onto Triq Il-Marfa and continue walking for about 1.2 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. The Għadira Nature Reserve will be on your left, and you will see the entrance clearly marked.

Public Bus
From Mgarr, walk to the bus stop located near the ferry terminal. Take bus number 41 towards Mellieħa. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Mellieħa - Marfa' stop. From there, it is a short walk of about 500 meters. Head towards the beach, and you will find the entrance to Għadira Nature Reserve on your right.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the main square in Mgarr. Head north on Triq Il-Knisja, then turn onto Triq Il-Marfa. Continue cycling for about 1.2 kilometers. There are dedicated bike lanes along the route, making it safe and enjoyable. The entrance to Għadira Nature Reserve will be on your left.
