Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Mistra Bay, start by heading northwest on Triq il-Wardija. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq San Pawl. Turn left onto Triq San Pawl and keep driving until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Kbira. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Ghadira Bay. Continue straight and you will reach Ghadira Bay Fresh-water Bay, located at the coordinates X8CX+4PR. Ensure you have change for parking fees as there may be a charge for parking in the area.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, head to the nearest bus stop in Mistra Bay. Look for bus routes that head towards Mellieħa, specifically the bus number 41 or 42. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Disembark at the Mellieħa bus terminal. From there, it is a short walk towards Ghadira Bay. Follow the signs and walk down Triq il-Kbira until you reach the coastline. Be prepared for a short uphill walk on your return to the bus stop.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous, you can also rent a bicycle in Mistra Bay. Head northwest on Triq il-Wardija and follow the same route as the car directions. The bike ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Remember to wear a helmet and be cautious of traffic, especially when navigating the main roads. Once you reach Ghadira Bay, there are designated bike racks where you can park your bicycle securely.
