Walking
From the center of Mgarr, head south on Triq Il-Wilga towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Il-Mellieha. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by a few shops and restaurants on your way. When you reach the fork in the road, keep to the right and follow signs for Hondoq Bay. Continue straight until you see signs directing you to Hondoq Bay on your left. The bay is located at the end of this road.

From Mgarr, walk to the nearby bus stop located on the main road (Triq Il-Mellieha). Catch the bus heading towards Qala. Make sure to check the bus schedule as the frequency may vary. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the 'Hondoq Bay' stop. From the bus stop, follow the path leading down to the bay. This walk will take approximately 5 minutes.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one from local shops in Mgarr. Start by heading south on Triq Il-Wilga towards the main road. Continue straight onto Triq Il-Mellieha, keeping to the right at the fork. The ride to Hondoq Bay is approximately 3 kilometers and should take around 15-20 minutes. Be cautious of traffic, and make sure to follow road signs directing you to Hondoq Bay.
