Walking
Start at the main square in Mgarr, which is near the Mgarr Parish Church. Head northwest on Triq il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq l-Imdina. Turn left onto Triq l-Imdina and follow it as it curves and leads you out of the village. After about 10 minutes, you'll reach a point where the road opens up to a view of the countryside. Continue walking straight, and you will see signs for Selmun. Follow these signs, and after approximately 15 more minutes, you will arrive at Selmun, where the Arched Well is located.
Bus
From the Mgarr bus stop, take the bus heading towards Mellieħa. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. Once you arrive in Mellieħa, get off at the Selmun bus stop. After disembarking, walk uphill towards the Selmun area for about 5 minutes. The Arched Well will be on your left as you approach the Selmun Palace.
