Walking

Start from the center of Mqabba, at the main square known as Pjazza San Ġużepp. Head southwest on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq il-Lvant, then turn left onto Triq il-Lvant. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq San Mikhail. Turn right onto Triq San Mikhail and follow it until you reach the bus stop at the edge of the village. From here, you can take a local bus towards Żurrieq.

Once you are at the bus stop, board the bus heading towards Żurrieq. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Żurrieq, and from there, you will need to continue on foot. Head towards the main road (Triq il-Buskett) and follow the signs for Il-Munqar, which is located about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, situated along the coastline offering scenic views.
