If you are driving from Northern Harbour to Popeye Village, head northwest on Triq il-Kbira towards Triq San Ġorġ. Continue onto Triq il-Kmis and then turn left onto Triq il-Luzzu. Follow the signs for Mellieħa and then take the Bypass road (Mellieħa Bypass). After about 15 minutes, take the exit towards Mellieħa and follow the signs for Popeye Village. The village is located on Triq Tal-Prajjet in Mellieħa. There is parking available on-site, which may incur a small fee.
