From central Qawra, head towards the seafront promenade. Walk along the promenade towards the direction of Bugibba. Continue walking along the coastline until you reach the main bus terminal in Bugibba. From there, take the bus towards Gozo, specifically looking for buses heading to Ghajnsielem. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ghajnsielem, disembark at the bus stop closest to the main square. From there, head northwest towards the shoreline, and you will find Elephant Rock located at coordinates 36.0141375 latitude, 14.3470469 longitude.

Start at the main bus stop in Qawra, which is near the Qawra Palace Hotel. Look for the bus heading to Ghajnsielem. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride.
