Start at the Qawra Seafront. Head northeast along the promenade until you reach the Qawra Bus Terminus. From there, exit the bus terminus and continue walking along Triq Il-Qawra. Keep walking straight until you see the sign for St. Paul's statue on your right. The statue is located in a small square, easily visible from the road.
