Car
If you are traveling by car, from the main area in the South Eastern Region, head towards the coastal road (Triq il-Luzzu) and follow signs for Marsaskala. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Marsaskala. Take the second exit onto Triq is-Salini and follow this road for about 1.5 km. You will see signs for St. Thomas Bay. Turn left onto St. Thomas Bay Road and continue until you reach the beach parking area. Note that there may be a small parking fee, typically around €1-€2 per hour.
Public Transportation
To reach St. Thomas Bay Sandy beach using public transportation, start by locating the nearest bus stop in your area. Take bus number 81 or 85 from Valletta towards Marsaskala. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Marsaskala, disembark at the last stop (Marsaskala Bus Terminus). From there, you can either walk towards St. Thomas Bay, which is about a 20-minute stroll, or take a local taxi to the beach for a small fare, usually around €5-€7.
