From Southern Harbour, head towards the main road (Triq il-Kbira) and merge onto the road leading towards Valletta. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Floriana. Take the first exit to merge onto Triq Sant'Anna. Follow this road for about 1.5 km until you reach another roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq San Gejtanu. You will see the Round Tower on your right side at VFPP+F7P, San Gejtanu, Il-Ħamrun. There is usually street parking available, but be aware of local parking regulations.

From Southern Harbour, head to the nearest bus stop (e.g., the one near the waterfront). Take bus number 51, 52, or 53 towards Valletta. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes.
