    From St. Julian's, head towards the main road, Triq Sant'Andrija. Walk in the direction of Birkirkara, passing the well-known Spinola Bay. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Kbira, which will lead you towards Balzan. Keep walking straight for about 20-25 minutes, and you will reach Balzan. Once you arrive in Balzan, look for Triq Birbal. Il-Ġnien ta' Sant'Anton will be on your left side.

Il-Ġnien ta' Sant'Anton is a short walk from the bus stop.
