If you are starting from the Tarxien Temples, exit the site and head southeast on Triq il-Knisja. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Vjal Simons. Once there, turn left onto Vjal Simons. St. Mary's Chapel (Tar-Rokna) will be on your right after about 200 meters. Keep an eye out for the chapel's distinctive architecture as you approach.

From the Tarxien Parish Church, head west on Vjal il-Labour. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Vjal Simons. Walk straight for about 400 meters, and you will find St. Mary's Chapel (Tar-Rokna) on your right.
