Walking
From the Upper Barracca Gardens, head towards the main entrance and exit onto the street. Turn left onto Triq Sant'Anna, and continue straight until you reach the Valletta Waterfront. Follow the waterfront path until you see signs for the ferry or water taxi. Take a ferry to Birgu, which is a short ride across the harbor. Once you arrive at the Birgu ferry terminal, follow the signs to explore the area.

From the bus terminus in Valletta, take the bus number 81 or 82 towards Birgu. The bus journey is approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the Birgu stop. After getting off, walk straight ahead and follow the signs leading to the main attractions in Birgu.
