From the center of Xaghra, head south on Triq Sant' Anna towards Triq il-Karmnu. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq il-Bajja. Turn left onto Triq il-Bajja and follow this road until you see signs for Għajnsielem. After approximately 1 km, continue onto Triq Kemmuneti. Cominotto Reef is located at 2869+MGV, Triq Kemmuneti, Għajnsielem. The total walking distance is about 2.5 km and should take around 30-35 minutes.

From the main bus stop in Xaghra, take the bus heading towards Għajnsielem (check local schedules for the exact bus number). The bus will take you directly to Għajnsielem.
