From the center of Xaghra, start at the main square (Pjazza Indipendenza). Head north towards Triq il-Lunzjata. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq Sant'Anton. Turn left onto Triq Sant'Anton and walk for about 300 meters. You will see the Ggantija Museum on your right. The museum is located just a short distance from the main road, making it easy to spot.

If you are near the Xaghra Parish Church, exit the church grounds and head east towards Triq il-Lunzjata. Turn right onto Triq il-Lunzjata and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Triq Sant'Anton. Turn left onto Triq Sant'Anton. Continue walking for approximately 200 meters, and you will find Ggantija Museum on your right-hand side.
