If you are starting from the Xaghra square, head west towards Triq il-Knisja. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Lunzjata. Turn left onto Triq il-Lunzjata and follow the road until you see the Xaghra Local Council on your right at the address 27X8+R23. It should take about 10-15 minutes to walk.
