Start in the center of Xewkija, near the main square. Head south on Triq il-Knisja (Church Street) towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq Għajnsielem. Turn left onto Triq Għajnsielem and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes. As you approach Ghajnsielem, keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Alex's Cave. When you reach the address '286G+62', look for a small path leading to the cave entrance on your right. The entrance may be slightly concealed by vegetation, so be observant.

From the center of Xewkija, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Take bus number 71 towards Mgarr and get off at the Ghajnsielem stop.
