From Xewkija, head to the nearest bus stop. Catch the bus heading to Mgarr. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Mgarr, disembark at the terminal. From there, you will find a ferry service to Comino Island which is the closest access point to Blue Lagoon.
