Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Xewkija, head southeast on Triq San Mikiel, towards the main road (Triq l-Imdina). Once you reach the main road, turn right and continue walking straight. After about 1 km, you will see the signs for Victoria. Keep walking, and as you enter Victoria, follow the signs towards the Citadel. The Citadel is located on a hill, so you will need to walk uphill. Once you reach the Citadel, ALS Gozo Castle is located within the Citadel complex. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!

  • Bus

    From Xewkija, walk to the nearest bus stop on Triq l-Imdina. Board the bus heading towards Victoria. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the main bus terminal in Victoria. From the bus terminal, follow the signs to the Citadel, which is a short walk uphill. Once you reach the Citadel, ALS Gozo Castle is located within the complex. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
