From the Maryland State House located at 100 State Circle, Annapolis, head northeast on State Circle toward Main Street. Continue straight onto Main Street for about 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Church Circle and follow it until you reach Duke of Gloucester Street. Turn right onto Duke of Gloucester Street and continue for about 0.5 miles. You will reach the Annapolis City Dock. From there, catch a water taxi to the Washington, D.C. area, which will take you to the closest docking point near Columbus Circle.

From the Annapolis Transit Center located at 3 Church Circle, take the Annapolis Circulator bus towards the Westfield Annapolis Mall.
