Continue straight until you reach Church Circle. From Church Circle, head east on West Street. Follow West Street until you reach the intersection with US-50. Turn right onto US-50 which will become Rowe Boulevard. Follow the signs to the Annapolis Harbour Center where you can catch a bus to Washington, D.C. Once you arrive in D.C., take the Metro to the Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter station. Exit the station and walk two blocks north on 7th Street NW until you reach Pennsylvania Avenue NW. Turn left and walk one block to 701 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, the location of the US Navy Memorial Visitor Center.
