From downtown Annapolis, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Route 70 bus towards Baltimore. The bus will take you to the Baltimore Arena stop. Once you arrive at the Baltimore Arena, exit the bus and walk north on Howard Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach W Preston Street. Turn right onto W Preston Street and continue walking for about 0.2 miles. The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation will be on your left at 24 W Preston St.
