If you're in the heart of Mount Vernon, start at the Washington Monument located at 699 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21201. Head south on Charles Street for about 0.3 miles. North Washington Place will be a small park area on your right side just after you turn, approximately 0.1 miles from the intersection.
