From Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, start by exiting the refuge and turning left onto MD-16 W. Continue on MD-16 W for approximately 13 miles until you reach the intersection with US-301 N. Take a right onto US-301 N and follow it for about 15 miles. Merge onto MD-4 S toward Prince Frederick and continue for approximately 23 miles. As you approach Lusby, take the exit onto MD-765 E toward Calvert Cliffs State Park. Follow MD-765 E until you reach the park entrance located at 10540 H G Trueman Rd, Lusby, MD 20657.
