If you're traveling by car from Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge to Salisbury Zoological Park, start by exiting Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge and head northwest on Blackwater Rd toward MD-335 N. Continue on MD-335 N for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn right onto MD-16 E and continue for about 6 miles. Merge onto US-50 E via the ramp to Ocean City. After about 22 miles, take exit 34 for MD-349 toward Salisbury. Continue on MD-349 for about 3 miles until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto S Park Dr, and the Salisbury Zoological Park will be on your right at 755 S Park Dr, Salisbury, MD 21804. Parking is available on-site.

From Blackwater Refuge, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service to Cambridge. Once in Cambridge, you can catch a Greyhound bus or a local shuttle service that heads towards Salisbury. Upon arriving in Salisbury, you may need to take a taxi or rideshare to reach Salisbury Zoological Park at 755 S Park Dr. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time for the most accurate timing.
