From the entrance of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, head south on Key Wallace Drive. Continue for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 16. Turn left onto Route 16 East. After about 6 miles, turn right onto Bratten Street. The Adkins Historical & Museum will be on your left at 106 Bratten St, Mardela Springs, MD 21837.
