To reach Washington Monument State Park from Cunningham Falls State Park by car, start by exiting the park onto Catoctin Hollow Road (MD-77). Turn left onto MD-77 West and continue for about 4.5 miles until you reach the junction with US-15. Merge onto US-15 South. After approximately 5.5 miles, take the exit for MD-550 toward Middletown. Follow MD-550 for around 2 miles, then turn right onto Zittlestown Road. Washington Monument State Park will be on your right at 6620 Zittlestown Rd, Middletown, MD 21769. Parking is available on-site, and there is no entrance fee for the park.
