If you're in downtown Frederick, start at the Frederick Visitor Center located at 151 S East St, Frederick, MD 21701. From there, head south on S East St towards W Patrick St. Continue straight until you reach W Patrick St and turn left. Walk along W Patrick St until you reach the intersection with MD-194 N (N Market St). Cross the street and continue onto MD-194 N. Follow MD-194 N for about 7 miles. You will see signs for Woodsboro. As you approach Woodsboro, continue straight until you reach Woodsboro Park, located on your right side.
Biking
From downtown Frederick, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing stations. Start at the Frederick Visitor Center and head south on S East St towards W Patrick St. When you reach W Patrick St, turn left and continue straight until you reach MD-194 N (N Market St). Turn right onto MD-194 N and bike for about 7 miles. Watch for traffic and bike lanes as you make your way to Woodsboro. Woodsboro Park will be on your right as you enter the town.

To reach Woodsboro Park via public transport, head to the nearest bus stop in downtown Frederick. Catch the MTA Bus Route 204 towards Woodsboro. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most current times. The bus will take you directly to Woodsboro. Once you arrive in Woodsboro, disembark at the Woodsboro stop and walk a short distance to Woodsboro Park, which should be nearby.
