Look for the statue in the small park area to your right.

If you have access to a bike, you can take the Carroll Creek Park Trail, which is a scenic route through downtown Frederick. Start at the entrance of the trail near the Frederick Visitor Center. Follow the trail towards the east, and when you reach Patrick Street, turn left. Continue on Patrick Street for one block, and the statue will be located on your right at 100 W Patrick St.
