Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes, and get off at the 'Rockville Metro Station' stop. From there, take the Metrorail Red Line towards Glenmont. Get off at the 'Gallery Place-Chinatown' station (about 30 minutes). Transfer to the Yellow Line towards Huntington and ride for 10 stops until you reach 'King St-Old Town' station.
