From any point in Gunpowder Falls State Park, head towards the nearest main road leading to Jerusalem Road. If you're near the park's entrance, take the exit towards MD-45 N (York Rd). Continue on York Rd for about 6 miles until you reach the intersection with Jerusalem Rd. Turn right onto Jerusalem Rd, and after approximately 1.5 miles, you will see Jerusalem Mill on your left at 2813 Jerusalem Rd, Kingsville, MD 21087. Parking is available on-site but may incur a fee depending on the time of your visit.

To reach Jerusalem Mill via public transportation, you can take the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Light RailLink to the nearest stop, which is the 'Perry Hall' station. From there, you will need to take Bus Route 53 towards Kingsville. This bus will take you to a stop near Jerusalem Rd. Once you disembark, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Jerusalem Mill. Make sure to check the MTA schedule for bus timings, as they may vary throughout the day.
